Job summary

CareNow, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to join our clinic team. The role involves performing radiographic procedures, coordinating with clinic staff, and ensuring accurate patient records and quality care.

Candidates should have ARRT certification and graduate from an accredited Radiologic Services program, with BLS and state licensure as required. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 is available and eligibility varies by location.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical experience in patient care preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening within 30 days of start.
• Federal Drug Screening within 30 days of start.
• State licensure may be required and must be obtained within 30 days for Office Laboratory Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Perform all x-ray views per provider orders and in compliance with policy; document patient records.
• Conduct in-house lab tests (drug screens, urinalysis) and prepare specimens for reference labs.
• Assist front desk with patient check-in/out and end-of-day close-out procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate radiology equipment; perform daily controls and semi-annual inspections.
• Maintain records/logs of in-house lab work, x-rays and external lab submissions.
