Job summary

CareNow urgent care, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our team. You will perform radiographic procedures, maintain equipment, and ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced clinic.

Ideal candidates have ARRT certification, a valid state license if required, and BLS. Training on-site; may float to other locations and work alternate shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
• State licensure may be required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Breath Alcohol Screening certification within 30 days of start.
• Drug Screening certification within 30 days of start.
• Within 30 days of employment, obtain and maintain state license (if required).

Responsibilities

• Perform all x-ray views according to orders and policy.
• Document patient records and perform in-house lab tests as needed.
• Assist front desk duties and patient check-in/out.
• Maintain and calibrate x-ray and lab equipment.
• Keep logs of activities and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
• Follow infection control and hand hygiene policies.
• May work alternate shifts or float to other locations.
