MD Now is seeking an X-ray Technician / Medical Assistant to join a patient-centered team in Florida. You will perform vital signs, EKGs, IM injections, and radiology procedures while updating patient charts in the EHR. The role supports check-in/out tasks and maintains clinical records.

Requirements include a High School diploma, MA program completion, and a radiology license in the resident state. AAMA certification is preferred, with BLS required within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (BOTP) required.
• Current RT or BMXO/BMO license in state of residency is required.
• AAMA certification preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start.

Responsabilités

• Take vital signs, collect lab specimens, perform EKGs, and administer IM injections.
• Perform x-ray/imaging services per provider orders and update patient charts.
• Collect patient history and document in EHR.
• Apply splints, dressings, and bandages as needed.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and chart audits.
• Maintain records on in-house lab work and drugs screening.
