Job summary

MedQuest Imaging, a Novant Health subsidiary, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for outpatient imaging in Gastonia, NC. You’ll work with experienced technologists, radiologists, and clinicians to deliver high-quality imaging in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic X-rays, preparing patients, and ensuring accurate images, while collaborating with the care team. No overnight shifts and strong benefits support this full-time role.

Qualifications

• ARRT-approved program completion is required.
• Must be ARRT RT(R) certified and state licensed where required.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills.

Facility: Novant Health Imaging Gastonia | Location: Gastonia, NC | Full-time, 30-40 hours per week

What You'll Do

The Radiologic Technologist works independently and/or assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the x-ray equipment in order to obtain diagnostic images in the ambulatory setting.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT RT(R)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications

• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
