Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. You will prepare patients and operate x-ray equipment to obtain diagnostic images in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care.

This full-time role offers no overnight shifts, generous PTO, tuition support, EMR familiarity, and a supportive growth environment with a strong emphasis on patient experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program.
• Certified and registered by ARRT RT(R).
• Applicable state license where required.

Responsibilities

• Radiologic Technologist prepares the patient and operates x-ray equipment to obtain diagnostic images in the ambulatory setting.
• Works independently and/or with physicians and clinical teams to support diagnostic imaging procedures.

Facility: Novant Health Imaging Gastonia | Location: Gastonia, NC | Full-time, 30-40 hours per week

What You'll Do

The Radiologic Technologist works independently and/or assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the x-ray equipment in order to obtain diagnostic images in the ambulatory setting.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT RT(R)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
