Job summary

Konica Minolta Healthcare is seeking a Field Service Engineer (X-Ray) to perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and calibration across Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Northern Nevada/Reno.

The role requires regular travel (50–75%), lifting 40–50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and strong DICOM knowledge; travel and customer-facing responsibilities are core, with training provided to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of X-ray imaging systems.
• Knowledge of DICOM and imaging workflow.
• Experience with CR/DR modality products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs and calibrates X-ray systems on-site.
• Performs preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Trains customer personnel on operation and basic maintenance.
• Maintains daily service logs and documentation of work performed.
