Job summary

Hanwha Q Cells USA Corp is seeking an Electrical Superintendent with a Wyoming Master Electrician license to lead electrical field operations on utility-scale solar and BESS projects. The role requires maintaining licensure, coordinating safety, quality, and scheduling, and managing a large electrical team across multiple sites.

The position is field-based with up to 100% travel to project sites nationwide. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming Master Electrician license required and must be maintained during employment.
• 5–10 years of professional experience on major projects, preferably utility-scale.
• Experience with Solar PV, wind, or BESS projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical field operations and safety across multiple crews (15 crews, 100–150 people).
• Coordinate scheduling, quality, and commissioning with project leadership.
• Supervise electrical department and oversee temporary/permanent power connections for subsystems.
• Travel up to 100% to project sites and ensure compliance with local regulations.
