The role requires coordinating with project management, field teams, and subcontractors to keep the schedule on track while ensuring safety and quality. You will manage crews, plan look-ahead schedules, monitor testing and commissioning, and participate in hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience managing electrical construction activities for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of electrical construction activities for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the schedule.
• Budget, forecast, and manage craft labor, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure drawings and specifications are reviewed for constructability and field execution.
• Lead creation and updates of project schedules and three-week look ahead.
