Job summary

Mobile Communications America seeks a Technical Specialist to support the Network Infrastructure Solutions (NIS) team in the Data division at the Durham, NC office. You will assist in WWAN product configuration, perform firmware updates, and provision routers and gateways.

You will troubleshoot configurations, monitor tickets and remote assets, and interact with customers and vendors by phone and email, delivering strong customer service and technical support. Travel as needed.

• Technical aptitude and ability to work with WWAN products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of WWAN product configuration.
• Troubleshoot WWAN routers and gateways configuration.
• Monitor ticket system and remote assets.
• Interact with customers and vendors via phone and email; provide customer service and technical support; triage Cases/RMAs.
• Assist other departments as needed.
