Job summary

MCA, a trusted advisor for wireless communications, data and security, seeks a Technical Specialist in the Data division at our Durham, NC office. You will support the Network Infrastructure Solutions team and play a key role in configuring WWAN products and ensuring seamless operation.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, communication, and technical aptitude. The role involves hands-on IT and hardware tasks in an office/warehouse environment with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of WWAN product configuration (SIM routers and gateways).
• Perform firmware updates and provision routers and gateways.
• Provide troubleshooting for WWAN router/gateway configurations.
• Monitor ticket system and remote assets; respond to incidents.
• Interact with customers and vendors via phone and email; create and triage cases/RMAs.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
