Job summary

WVNET invites applications for an Enrollment Manager to oversee statewide WVROCKS enrollment, student services, and program technology. The role collaborates with students, faculty, institutional partners, and WVNET staff to ensure seamless online learning delivery across West Virginia.

The ideal candidate will coordinate data reporting, maintain data integrity, and produce dashboards to guide strategic decisions, while managing onboarding, communications, and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration, student services, operations management, project coordination, systems administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience supporting Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or enterprise applications.
• Experience preparing reports, maintaining records, and analyzing operational data.

Responsibilities

• Manage student enrollment, registration, course participation, and records administration.
• Administer Salesforce, LMSs, and other program technologies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor enrollment trends, student success metrics, and program performance.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system administration.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for students, instructors, and participating institutions.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, user support, and communications.
• Prepare invoices, coordinate instructor payments, and support program logistics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance the student experience.
• Collaborate with WVNET and higher education partners to support WVROCKS growth.

About the Role

The WVROCKS Program Enrollment Manager serves as a key operational leader supporting the daily administration and continuous improvement of the WVROCKS program. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position coordinates enrollment processes, student support services, technology platforms, data reporting, and stakeholder communications.

The successful candidate will work closely with students, faculty, institutional partners, and WVNET staff to ensure the seamless delivery of statewide online learning opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Manage student enrollment, registration, course participation, and records administration.

Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience with a comprehensive State of West Virginia benefits package, including:

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Higher Education Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and directly related experience will be considered.

Qualified candidates will typically possess:
