Job summary

WVNET is seeking a highly organized Enrollment Manager for the WVROCKS program in Monongalia County, to lead daily enrollment operations, student support, and data reporting. You’ll collaborate with students, faculty, institutions, and staff to ensure statewide online learning opportunities are delivered with excellence.

The role reports to the Executive Director, requires CRM and LMS/SIS experience, and a focus on process improvement, data integrity, and effective communications across diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Minimum 3 years in higher education administration or related operations.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience supporting SIS/LMS or enterprise applications.
• Strong data reporting and analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage student enrollment, registration, course participation, and records.
• Administer Salesforce, LMS, and other program technologies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Monitor enrollment trends and student success metrics.
• Ensure data integrity and system administration.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and communications.
• Prepare invoices and support instructor payments.
• Collaborate with partners to grow WVROCKS statewide.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes.
