WillScot is seeking a Manager of Integrations to lead data integration efforts across IT, finance, and business leaders. The role focuses on SAP workflows related to AR, AP, and procurement, with collaboration across procurement, payables, and receivables to ensure smooth post-transaction accounting and system setup.

The position requires strong communication skills, independence, and a professional presence to engage with senior management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of accounting-related experience.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Strong SAP knowledge and AR/AP workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Manager, Integrations is a key leadership position within the Accounting team and interacts with other functional areas of Accounting, Procurement, Payables and Receivables, Fixed Assets, Internal Audit and the Field/Branches. Further, this role interacts closely with business leaders, IT, and other cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with IT on data integration with target companies
• Collaboration with sellers on data integration
• Communications with finance and accounting related to integration timelines
• Collaboration with business leaders on integration related business decisions
• Collaboration with IT, accounting/finance on critical policy, system setup and impact of business decisions
• Resolution of post-transaction considerations impacting accounting and finance
• Escalation of integration matters that are transaction blockers or impact integration timeline

Equipment Used and Responsibility:

• SAP, Salesforce, CPC, Hyperion, MS Office Suite
• Computer, telephone, and electronic office equipment

Required Education and Experience:

• 5 years of experience in an accounting-based function
• Ability to work independently and provide results
• Strong understanding of SAP and its workflows related to AR, AP, and Procurement

• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Professional presence and ability to interact with senior management

Base Wage Range: $100,500.00 – $140,700.00
Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonus or commission.
