Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Manager of Integrations to lead data integration efforts across IT, finance, and business leaders. The role focuses on SAP workflows related to AR, AP, and procurement, with collaboration across procurement, payables, and receivables to ensure smooth post-transaction accounting and system setup.

The position requires strong communication skills, independence, and a professional presence to engage with senior management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of accounting-related experience.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Strong SAP knowledge and AR/AP workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Professional presence and ability to interact with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT on data integration with target companies.
• Collaborate with sellers on data integration.
• Communicate with finance and accounting about integration timelines.
• Work with business leaders on integration-related decisions.
• Coordinate with IT and accounting/finance on policy, system setup and impact of business decisions.
• Resolve post-transaction considerations impacting accounting and finance.
• Escalate integration blockers or delays to timelines.
