Job summary

KBR is seeking a War Reserve Material Supervisor to lead a CE/WRM shop, ensure safe operation, and maintain accurate accountability of RADR assets at Morón and related sites. You will oversee maintenance of construction equipment, engines, and attachments, and perform inspections per PWS and standards.

The role requires coordinating with Material Control, using ELMS and SLES, and providing monthly readiness updates.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years WRM/Management experience.
• Basic understanding of computers and office environment.
• Experience using construction equipment and operating principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage CE/WRM shop and day to day operations.
• Supervise 3 LN's with parts procurement and maintenance and repair of RADR equipment.
• Exercise equipment inspections and functional testing IAW DAFI's, PWS or manuals.
• Prepare equipment for shipment and maintain 90% serviceability rate for all RADR assets.
• Provide monthly updates to RADR program readiness status and inventory report.
• Use ELMS, ILS-S and SLES systems daily to track equipment status.
• Prioritize planning of maintenance, operation and testing of all RADR assets.
