Job summary

KBR is seeking a War Reserve Material Supervisor to oversee the CE/WRM shop at Morón Air Base, Spain. You will lead a team, manage maintenance, and ensure safe, serviceable RADR assets while adhering to applicable standards and orders.

You will perform minor maintenance, track all activity using ELMS/ILS-S, and coordinate with Material Control and mechanics to meet mission requirements. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years WRM/Management experience.
• Experience using construction equipment and operating principles.
• Basic understanding of computers (office environment).
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage CE/WRM shop and day to day operations.
• Supervise 3 LN’s with parts procurement and maintenance and repair of RADR equipment.
• Exercise equipment and perform inspections and functional testing IAW all applicable DAFI’s, PWS or commercial manuals.
• Prepare equipment for shipment, maintain 90% serviceability rate for all RADR assets.
• Provide guidance to Material Control and Mechanic in identifying parts/repairing assets.
• Provide monthly updates to RADR program readiness status and RADR inventory report.
• Use ELMS, ILS-S and SLES systems daily to track and update equipment status.
• Prioritize planning of maintenance, operation and testing of all RADR assets.
