Job summary

KBR currently seeks a War Reserve Equipment - Aerospace Ground Support Equipment (WRM-AGE) Mechanic to support the USAF mission at Morón Air Base, Spain. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a diverse range of ground support equipment, contributing to readiness and safety in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Aerospace Ground Equipment AGE or GSE Mechanic in a military or civilian aviation environment.
• Demonstrated experience using ELMS/IMDS or equivalent maintenance database.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AGE/GSE including MMHE trailers, rail sets, and conveyors.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on AGE/GSE.
• Use and maintain records in ELMS/IMDS maintenance databases.
• Ensure maintenance complies with technical orders, manufacturer specs, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; comply with regulations.
• Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing on flightline.
