Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid WV teaching certificate/licensing.
• Must hold a valid CPR/AED certification.
• Coaches that are not professional teachers are required to complete the WVSSAC Training and Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement practice and game plans in coordination with coaching staff.
• Promote positive sportsmanship and self-control among participants.
• Ensure adherence to WVSSAC rules, league policies, and district directives.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to student athletes and act as a positive role model.
