Qualifications

• Experience coaching high school athletics.
• Must certify with Arizona Department of Education for head coaches (per district)
• NFHS Coaching Course including Concussion Course required
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
• Must be available for assigned hours and adhere to district policies

Responsibilities

• Coach student-athletes in wrestling skills and techniques
• Create and run practice schedules in season according to district rules
• Maintain safety and discipline during practices and events
• Assist athletic director with scheduling contests and inventory
• Prepare rosters and end-of-year inventory for athletic programs
• Ensure compliance with district policies and athletic regulations
