Job summary

CY Middle School in Casper is seeking a dedicated Wrestling Aide to support the boys' wrestling program after school and during practice sessions. This at-will co-curricular position requires reliable supervision and coordination with the head coach and athletic staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling practice time, assisting with equipment, ensuring safety procedures, and helping manage participant eligibility and discipline per district policies. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, nights and weekends (not including Sunday).
• Cooperate with the Assistant Principal/AD and Athletics Designee on scheduling, rules and compliance.
• Must understand district codes of conduct and eligibility requirements for activities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule contests and practice times and coordinate parent meetings.
• Assist with equipment, uniforms, and travel roster handling.
• Ensure proper supervision, safety plans, and emergency procedures during activities.
• Maintain accurate attendance, participation records, and compliance with district policies.
