Job summary

Dean Morgan Middle School in Casper, Wyoming is seeking a Co-curricular Volunteer Wrestling Aide for theGirls program. The role requires working afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with duties spanning scheduling, safety, equipment, and coordination with administration.

This is a volunteer coaching position focused on program support and student-athlete development. The position entails assisting the head coach, managing practice times, and ensuring compliance with district policies and WHSAA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to work afternoons, evenings, nights & weekends (not Sunday) to support practice and game scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of contests, practice schedules and parent meetings.
• Ensure compliance with code of conduct and eligibility requirements.
• Supervise and assist with equipment and uniforms distribution and maintenance.
• Communicate practice expectations and safety requirements to participants.
• Oversee travel logistics and emergency procedures for activities and trips.
• Partner with AD/Principal to ensure safety and rule compliance in activities.
