Job summary

CY Middle School in Casper, Wyoming seeks a 7th Grade Girls Basketball Aide to support coaching staff and manage practice/game logistics. You will assist with scheduling, safety protocols, and participant supervision to ensure a positive athletic experience.

The role is part-time with emphasis on afternoons, evenings, and weekend coverage, excluding Sundays, to match the season schedule and WHSAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends (not Sundays).
• Prior coaching or activity supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate practice and game scheduling with AD or Athletics Designee.
• Ensure safety procedures and concussion awareness are followed.
• Maintain participant records, rosters, and equipment inventories.
• Assist in transportation, gatekeeping, and event supervision as needed.
• Support coaches and staff with team handbook and eligibility compliance.
