Job summary

Van’s Kitchen is hiring for Wrapper Production Line on the 2nd shift in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on overseeing dough preparation and processing to meet quality and production standards for Van’s Kitchen wrappers.

Responsibilities include operating dough processing machines, ensuring sanitation, and collaborating with QA and production teams to resolve issues while maintaining safety and clear communication with supervisors and management.

Qualifications

• English language preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years’ experience.
• Experience in Food and Beverage industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines and materials for production.
• Operate and monitor dough processing machines to shape and process the dough.
• Continuously inspect dough for consistency, texture, and appearance to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Responsible for Pre-Op and Post-Op Sanitation.
• Maintain effective communication with other leads, supervisors, and management.
• Report any food safety and/or quality issues to Production Manager immediately.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work closely with wrapping and production teams, including QA, to resolve issues.
• In the absence of Wrapper Production Line, Wrapper Lead, or Wrapper Supervisor will cover responsibilities.
