Van’s Kitchen is seeking a Wrapper Supervisor for the Dallas, TX area to oversee wrapping and packaging of egg roll wrappers and uphold safety and quality standards. You will train staff, manage workflow, and coordinate with the Production Manager to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a supervisory role, baking experience, strong math skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (SAP). English literacy is required, and bilingualism is preferred.

Formación

• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Previous baking experience is required.
• Basic math skills and ability to verify numbers.
• Proficiency with GMP, HACCP and SQF standards.
• Proficient with Excel and production software; SAP/ERP knowledge helpful.
• High school diploma or GED required; English literacy required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise wrapping and packaging during the shift to ensure quality and safety.
• Oversee production and storage of egg roll wrappers.
• Maintain clean, organized wrapper room and equipment; report issues promptly.
• Train, coach, and develop staff; enforce company standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and SQF throughout operations.
• Inspect items for quality, prepare product for scheduled production times.
• Promote safety and cleanliness on the floor; support continuous improvement.
