Qualifications

• Knowledge of wraparound services or in-home services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee wraparound services and treatments.
• Conduct Family Team Conferences and develop care plans.
• Maintain contact with families, schools, and providers; document and bill appropriately.
