Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Camden County is seeking a Program Director to oversee the overall administration and performance of the program, ensuring high-quality, strength-based wraparound services and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The role leads intake, planning, staffing, budgeting, and reporting, while maintaining partnerships with referral sources to sustain positive outcomes for participants and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing staff and budgets.
• Experience in community-based programs is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, assessment, and service planning processes with participants and families.
• Ensure wraparound, strength-based service delivery aligned with contracts.
• Monitor program outcomes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
• Ensure documentation, billing, and reporting are completed timely.
• Foster partnerships with referral sources and community stakeholders.
