Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or social work is required.
• If degree is in social work, licensure as LBSW or LLBSW is required; LLBSW must obtain full LBSW within two years.
• Master's degree in social work or equivalent with LMSW/LPC/LLP is required.
• Valid MI driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead Child and Family Team meetings with youth and families.
• Coordinate Wraparound Plan and services in home and community settings.
• Develop Crisis and Safety Plans and connect families to resources and supports.
• Advocate and participate in IEP meetings, Juvenile Court hearings, assessments, and other service-related appointments.
