Wellvance is seeking a Wraparound Coordinator to provide case management and support for youth up to age 21 in northern Michigan. You will collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to ensure holistic, person-centered care and track progress toward goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, MDHHS Wraparound training, and the ability to complete background checks. Competitive PTO, holidays, and health benefits are included.
