The person in this position will have a working knowledge of all waivers and be responsible for monitoring waiver data and training staff in the application of waivers and specific requirements pertaining to each. Works closely with the Clinical Service Director (CSD) to analyze data, revise program components based on outcome results and/or fidelity measures, and assist in implementing new waivers within the departments. Must be able to lead by example, model professionalism, and be a champion for independence, integration, and recovery.
