Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Case Management and/or behavioral health setting preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in leading teams preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide wraparound services to families with a limit of up to 15 members/families.
• Coordinate supports, resources, and strategies for each member and family.
• Administer the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths assessment tool.
