Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in case management in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience leading teams preferred.
• Experience with virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide wraparound services to families with a limit of up to 15 members.
• Coordinate a comprehensive set of supports and resources for each member and family.
• Administer the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths assessment tool.
