Job summary

Canopy Children's Solutions in Starkville, MS seeks a Wraparound Facilitator to engage families, build a strong support team, and develop a holistic plan of care in line with high-fidelity wraparound practices.

Responsibilities include leading family-centered meetings, gathering information for the Family Story and Vision, completing Crisis Management Plans within 24 hours of admission, and coordinating natural, informal, and formal supports for the child and family.

Qualifications

• Requires state licensure or eligible for licensure.
• Experience with Wraparound and family-centered practice.
• Strong coaching and supervision skills.
• Ability to manage multiple families and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Engage families and educate team members on Wraparound.
• Develop Family Story and Family Vision for WTMs.
• Complete Crisis Management Plan within 24 hours.
• Identify supports to participate in WTMs.
• Facilitate WTMs at least every 30 days.
• Provide coaching and supervision to Facilitators.
