Job summary

The program seeks students pursuing a technical bachelor's degree with strong GPA and leadership experience, requiring 40 hours/week and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• GPA 3.2 or higher strongly preferred.
• Freshman year completed or above will be considered.
• Demonstrated leadership and/or campus/community involvement.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• SolidWorks experience preferred.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must provide transportation to Raritan, NJ site.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on laboratory work in engineering labs.
• Performing engineering studies and developing fixtures.
• Generating models and drawings in SolidWorks.
• Fabricating prototypes and evaluating via VOC events.
• Maintaining good documentation practices and writing test protocols.
• Collaborating with engineers and external suppliers on project activities.
