Job summary

Responsibilities include collaborating with providers, managing multiple sites or specialties, recruiting and onboarding regional staff, and driving quality improvement while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or healthcare required or four years of directly applicable healthcare leadership experience.
• 2+ years of practice management and/or program management and development at a healthcare organization.
• Management experience—Allina Health MHA fellows considered if strong leadership and project outcomes are shown.

• Ensures staff are appropriately trained and operating within scope and at the top of their licensure/role.
• Analyzes and acts on employee engagement data.
• Works with leadership on outreach schedules and access, quality improvement initiatives and staffing models.
• Ensures adherence to safety, risk, and compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Management experience—Will consider internal Allina Health Masters Health Administration (MHA) fellows who have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and successful project management outcomes
