Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan.
• ACLS certification for sites with sedation.
• 0–3 years of health care management experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in procedural areas required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and manages daily and strategic operations of assigned procedural areas.
• Oversees patient flow and department activities; delegates authority.
• Acts as operational liaison between physicians, staff, and leadership.
• Manages operating budget, labor, supplies, and capital expenditures.
• Monitors quality metrics, patient safety, and outcomes; drives improvements.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and competency validation within areas.
• Develops service line strategy with senior leadership and aligns with goals.
