• Supervise nurses and aides for Long Term Care facility.
• Monitor resident care and report changes to DON/ADON.
• Ensure proper MARs, nurses notes, and physician orders documentation.
• Liaise with attending physicians and coordinate calls as needed.
• Check equipment and supplies are stocked and functioning.
