HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in wound/ostomy care for an inpatient RN role in the Wound/Ostomy Services department. The RN provides patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support healing.

Requirements include an AZ RN license (or compact state), BLS, 1 year med-surg/acute care experience; BSN preferred with completion within 60 months.

Formación

• AZ RN license or compact state licensure at hire
• BLS certification required
• 1 year med-surg or acute care experience for all float positions

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health data and develop care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies with careful dosage checks
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and home care needs
• Precept and mentor junior staff and students
