HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an RN for Wound/Ostomy Services on the day shift (Mon-Fri 7:00–15:30) with occasional weekends. Must have 1–2 years of inpatient wound care experience; WOC certification preferred.

The RN will assess patients, administer medications, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to deliver high-quality care. Strong patient education and teamwork are valued.

Formación

• 1–2 years experience in an inpatient wound setting.
• Wound/ostomy/continence certification preferred.
• RN license in AZ (or compact state).
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN within 60 months preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications, therapies and follow-up care.
• Develops and updates patient care plans.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Precepts new staff and students.
• Documents nursing observations and progress.
