Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Wound Clinic. This day shift role (M-F 07:30–16:00) provides patient care guided by ANA standards, including documenting medical histories, performing diagnostic tasks, and assisting with rehabilitation.

The RN administers medications and IV therapies, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, and educates patients and families on post-treatment needs and home care.

Qualifications

• Wound care experience is required.
• Arizona RN license (or compact state) required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms; assist with diagnostic tests and plan care.
• Administer medications and IV therapies; monitor and adjust treatments.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and home care; coordinate with care teams.
