HonorHealth in Phoenix seeks an experienced Registered Nurse in Wound/Ostomy to join our inpatient team on days. The RN applies ANA standards, documents care, and collaborates with physicians to manage complex wound care.

REQUIRED: 1-2 years in an inpatient wound setting; PREFERRED: wound/ostomy certification. Up to $10,000 bonus. M-F 0700-1530 with some weekends; supportive culture and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• REQUIRED: 1-2 years experience in an inpatient wound setting.
• PREFERRED: Wound/ostomy/continence certification.

Responsabilidades

• Collect health data and develop a patient care plan.
• Identify outcomes and plan of care; ensure family-centered care.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per policies.
• Document observations and revise care plan.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
