Job summary

Healogics is seeking an Registered Nurse to support the Wound Care Center. The role includes patient care, intake/discharge processing, and possible Case Manager duties, with opportunities to participate in hyperbaric therapy tasks after training. Collaboration with physicians and program leadership is required.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN, an active RN license, and preferably a BSN with wound care experience. This on-site position emphasizes patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice – must be maintained throughout employment
• Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• BSN preferred
• Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake and discharge for Wound Care Center as scheduled
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training completed
• May serve as Case Manager to a group of patients as assigned, including nursing assessments and care planning
• Perform HBO-related duties after completing Healogics HBO training
• May perform hyperbaric safety director duties after required training
• Collaborate with Wound Care Center Providers, Program Director and Medical Director as needed
• May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) per policy
• Perform other duties as required
