Job summary

Banner North Colorado Medical Center is seeking a Wound Care RN to deliver high-quality nursing care in an inpatient/outpatient setting. This role requires Wound Care RN experience and offers a $15,000 hiring incentive plus up to $5,000 relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is required/desired.
• Wound Ostomy Certification (WOCN) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan/coordinate nursing care.
• Implement the plan of care and supervise care delivery.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Document assessments, plans and outcomes in patient records.
