Job summary

Ogallala Community Hospital, part of Banner Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Wound Care department. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, in a dynamic team environment.

The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with paid orientation and employee wellness benefits. You'll work with patients of all ages in a busy outpatient and hospital setting, contributing to compassionate, innovative care with strong interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA-accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care for wound care.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans, ensuring patient-family involvement.
• Document patient progress and treatment details per guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and team for optimal outcomes.
• Supervise and delegate PTA, ATC, and therapy support staff as needed.
• Attend department meetings and participate in quality process improvements.
