Job summary

OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin, OH is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (Registered Nurse) to lead the hospital's wound care program and to establish standards of care across the hospital and affiliated programs in collaboration with Select Medical wound care experts. You will develop evidence-based clinical protocols and educational modules for wound care.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License required.
• Previous hospital nursing experience required.
• Certified BLS required.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Establish leadership role in the wound care program across hospitals and programs in collaboration with Select Medical wound care experts.
• Develop and deploy evidence-based clinical protocols and algorithms for wound management and update product formulary.
• Collaborate with Medical leadership on wound care initiatives, research questions, and outcome measures.
• Develop educational modules for wound care for internal and external education, including patient/family tools.
• Coordinate competency evaluation and testing for professional staff in collaboration with clinical departments.
• Maintain the education database and use it to plan future educational activities and programs.
