Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across the continuum. The RN is accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

The role includes assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Day shift, with 24 scheduled hours per week in the Wound Care Center.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate degree in nursing (or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care across the continuum of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs as per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Lead process improvements to achieve quality and safety targets.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in daily duties as part of a High Reliability Organization.
