Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our wound care team. You will plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process, collaborating with all disciplines. Training will be provided to ensure success in wound care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or BSN—Magnet Hospitals require BSN.
• Valid RN license is required.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Wound care experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions considering patient needs and acuity.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on wound care processes.
