Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse - PRN to join our wound care team. You will deliver care using nursing theories and evidence-based practice, monitor patient status, and prioritize actions as conditions evolve.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (RN) required.
• Valid RN license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Prior wound care experience (training provided).
• Billing and coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs and acuity.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on wound care processes.
