Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years nursing, including ostomy care and wounds such as pressure ulcers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care for wound and ostomy patients in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Maintain ongoing professional development.
• Educate patients, families and clinical staff on care plans.
