Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) or LVN/LPN to work with our nursing team, assess patients with complex wounds, ostomies, or continence issues, and create comprehensive care plans that improve healing and quality of life.

This full‑time position pays $34.00–$40.00 per hour, requires an active RN/LPN/LVN license, 1–2 years wound care experience, and preferably WOCN certification; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and dailypay.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state.
• 1–2 years wound care experience required.
• Wound care certification (WOCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and direct management in wounds and related conditions.
• Develop and document care plans for patients with complex wounds.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to maintain knowledge and competency in wound care.
