Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC, is seeking a Registered Nurse – Wound Care to join our patient-centered team. The role emphasizes leadership in delivering high-quality nursing care and guiding wound-care patients and families.

The ideal candidate will possess RN licensure, BLS, and relevant wound-care certifications (CWOCN/CWON/WCC) or an eligible degree within two years, with 5+ years of nursing experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure must be active at start of employment.
• CWOCN/CWON/WCC certification or nursing degree must be obtained within 2 years of start date.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of professional nursing care and supervise patient teaching.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to care for patients and families.
• Document care and interventions and ensure adherence to physician orders.
